HOW WE DELIVER YOUR LAPTOP TO YOU.
We will deliver your goods using a courier company chosen by us for the
best reliability and service available at the time.

Under normal circumstances your goods will be shipped within 5 working days
of acceptance of your order. You will be sent an email confirming despatch
and the expected earliest delivery date. We cannot however guarantee delivery
on a particular day unless we have specifically agreed this with you
before accepting your order.

All goods will be delivered only to the PayPal confirmed address given on
your order. This is to protect your card payments against mis-use.

Please note that goods must be signed for by you or a responsible person
designated by you. If the courier is unable to obtain a signature, delivery
will be delayed or even cancelled. If the goods are returned as un-deliverable
by our courier we will treat the order as having been cancelled by you.

On receipt of the goods, please check the outer packaging for any signs of
serious damage. Report this to delivery driver if necessary. If your goods
appear damaged after unpacking, report this to us on 0870 4422555 as soon
as reasonably possible. However, our experience is that any such problems
are rare.
